there was some breakage in the shipment; what to do?

Though 2-3% breakage in shipment is common, occasionally tile shipments may experience turbulent transport or handling - 
In this event, please do the following:
1. Make notes of visible damage to boxes on the BOL upon delivery. 
2. Send pictures of all of the broken pieces.  (the shippers' claims agent will require separate photos of all the breakage)
3. Confirm replacement tiles will be sent to same address with the same contact phone number.
Once we have all these details we will be contact with the shipper ASAP.
